If you're buying Joycons, like I did in this instance, they promise to replace it if they begin to drift. My first pair of Joycons started to drift a little under 2 years in to owning them, so if that happens to my new ones, then this should, in theory, replace them. Who knows if the guy was lying to me or not if this situation does end up happening to me but I will take his word on this.

Geek squad always seem to help peolle when they need it the most.

Necessary product does not hold up under heavy use for more then 6 months.

I have used the warranty a few times and they are pretty good about taking care of things on the spot. From what im told that they may have to send your item away to get fixed on,just glad i havent had to do that.

Added 2-Year replacement to my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. I've had the 2-Year replacement before and I just walked into the store and they instantly replaced the controller for me. Great to have just incase something happens to the controller.

We got this for a wii remotes because they break all the time. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed that you have pay 20 dollars retime they replace them to cover the new one. It’s still a lot of money to keep paying. I think wii should fix the issue with this remotes
