Don’t buy a controller without geek squad it’s a must!

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad for any replacement or installation yet, but I always make sure to get the 2 year protection and geek squad service to have the peace of mind!

Had bought this for a set of headphones fir my son. Well almost a year in and they broke (accidentally), took to BB and they changed out no issues at all.

Great to bundle with any of the products you purchase at best buy in case anything happens to the product I will always recommend to friends or family

They are print and resolve my problems when needed and promtly

These wireless head phones work great. They really keep the outside sounds out and have a good clear sound. The first pair actually broke after 3 months. The microphone just fell off while I was using them and I was not hard on them. I had the warranty so they were easily exchanged for a new pair

I add The Geek Squad protection plan everytime I buy a new headset for my son. This plan really is a grest deal. You have 2 years to use the plan to replace the item that is protected for equal or lesser value.

Its alway good to have a protection plan wouldn't make a purchase with out it

Protection plans always come through clutch in the end. I purchase it with everything i buy.

I've yet to require any hands on services from Geek Squad, however, I have had to call upon their wisdom a plethora of times.. Whether I'm in store or just give em a call, the squad always makes sure to give me the correct and most up to date advice in a way that is easily understood.

Great warranty got me a new controller for free with warranty then got another warranty for 11 dollars.

I never buy the extended warranty but employee talked about how headsets sometimes fall and break. My son was going to be using it and thought it was worth the money. 1 year later and we got a new headset. It was simple. Had our info on their system. Didn’t need a receipt. Would recommend for headset.
