I am new to the protection plan. But so far, the protection plan is great. A friend of mine recommended me to get it and he said he was able to trade his old one in for a brand new one!

Omg yesss. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I absolutely love this. My sons gaming headset wire got smashed buy the car door. I took the headset in grabbed one off the shelf. And they replaced it without any hassle. I knew right away to get another protection plan.

Got the 2 year warranty, Sony needs to fix the stock drift and they make it difficult even inside your warranty to fix it, Best Buy makes it easy so that’s nice.

All I can say right now is that I am GLAD I got this plan--actually, I have a few of them on other products. You wouldn't believe what they'd do for you. Find out for yourself when you get a plan.

Highly recommend using the insurance, especially for offestting the cost of stick drift on console controllers.

Better to have and not need it than need it and not have , having the peace of mind that if something breaks I get a replacement is priceless
