The geek squad warranty and service are much better than expected and definitely worth the added cost!

I bought this service "just in case" but luckily the product was fine. I have asked the Geek Squad questions about my product in the store and they gave me lots of help and very good advise. Gload I had this service available.

Great product and very durable. Only problem is when I mix certain fruits with ice they don’t blend as well, maybe I should try adding a water or milk mixture .

I place bestbuy warranty on everything that i buy from them. I have kids, thus things tend to get broken. Bestbuy's policy on returning broken or malfunctioning items is much better than any electronic store that i purchased things from.

Haven't had to use the protection replacement plan yet but happy i got it. The headset is great and sturdy but you never know when something will happen. Having it and getting a replacement for 2 years is better than paying 100.00 if something goes wrong

I would always recommend purchasing warranty for every item you purchase

When you dont get it you need it. Always get it. What could it hurt. Other than your pockets in the long run, because you have 2 buy it again.

I really recommend this plan , my son’s controller was broken and take me 5 minutes to replace for a new one with no charge!

I have not had to use Geek Squad yet, but it is good to know that I have them available when needed.

You should always protect your big purchases, especially if you're accident-prone like me or you live in a house with cats that like to knock things over.

Supposedly they replace your stuff if it breaks. Haven't had stuff break yet.
