Bestbuy is hands down the best when it comes to protection plans

Amazing service! I had an issue with my battery not charging and they took care of it right away!

I like this protection if anything is wrong with the product, I could change it

I dont normally purchase the additional warranty however with the product we purchased (switch remote) this will get a lot of use and I love the idea behind if anything goes wrong I can bring it in.

I feel as if my controller is constantly being protected by the higher ups, because it has not even cracked once in the 700 times I’ve dropped it.

Went with my controllers I bought. If anything happens within 2 years, they replace the controller or give a gift card of initial value if the product is not available. Would recommend.

The agents replaced my old controller when it was damaged by water, covered the entire new controller with another 2 years of geek squad added on!

I appreciate the two-year warranty option. These headsets are expensive and can easily malfunction.

The protection plan are great to have. Its also easy to get stuff replaced ot fixed with it.
