Geek squad protection plan is a great value. There are no hassles to exchange if my product is broken. I will get this on all of my future purchaes.

I always try to purchase geek squad protection for all my big purchase at best buy and they have not failed me. and it gives me peace of mind knowing my items will be fixed or replaced if anything were to happen.

Buy the protection! A week before the end of the protection my grandson’s headset decided to have mic malfunctions. Took them in, got a replacement pair no problem. I buy the protection plan on all gaming and electronic items

I don't buy anything without it. Really. It's saved me repeatedly on electronics that are prone to bricking.

Great headset but it's very difficult to control the volume of the game chat and the voice of teammates. It's always too loud or too low never a perfect pitch. Also I game for long hours and found l=myself getting ear fatigue after 3-4 hours of play. I had the steel series 9x and the circular ear circumference was the best i've experienced. I've downgraded to the A40s for the mix amp but i think im going to go to the best version of artics at this point.

I always buy the replacement warranty when I buy electronics. I have used two warranties for products that broke in the two years. Best Buy always honored the warranty and replaced the items. This is a great value.

Geek squad is awesome and helpful. They assist me everytime I go to their store! Really great people and fun to be around even at BestBuy!
