I would highly recommend always getting the 2 year geek squad product warranty plan highly worth the extra money. If anything breaks you can return item very easy. Great plan to have on all electronics.

So glad I got the replacement plan. My son used his controller and then one of the keys started to stick. Having the replacement plan took care of replacing the controller and made my son happy.

I think best buy 2 yr accident replacement on xbox wireless controller is great. It is a bit pricier than some but if they can fix ir replace in the store they do it right then,no mailing it it.

Love the GSP-Replacement program. Product that was defective was easily replaced with a brand new one hassle free. It’s definitely worth it if it has the R next to the protection plan.

This is the best. If it is GSP-R (Geek Squad Protection Replacement) you just take it back to Best Buy if it stops working and they'll give you store credit in the amount you paid for the product!

Astro A50 stopped working, took them back and traded for the SteelSeries Arctic Pro

Bought as an additional layer of security. When I've had bad luck with things and required to rely on this service or repair in the past, Best Buy has often provided good support. Definitely worth every penny, as industrial goods are simply not as lengthy as we could have imagined mostly in past.
