    I bought this because I had a remote for my switch to stop working and just in cases we had more issues I would be covered. The first remote stopped working after the first month.

    The main reason I shop at BB is because of the warranty. They may not all be of help (employees) but this grants you a secure spot for when something doesn’t go as planned.

    Never thought I would use this, but I love it! Used it for a large a/c unit install. Quick pop in visit for a iPhone issue. Laptop clean i Up. Worth the money
