The warranty lasted the life of my controller and they gave me a refund for the product that allowed me to buy another one.

If you get a product at Best Buy it’s always a good idea to get a replacement plan you’ll have to deal with the manufacturer sending it back having to pay for a box in the hassle of wasting your time when you can just bring it right to the store

Easy exchanges, no issue with how busted the old product was they returned it regardless and gave me a knew one.

Worked good squeezable triggers gives you an edge in pvp and sound through headphones and mike are crystal clear another pvp advantage recommend to friends

Haven't had to use the protection replacement plan yet but happy i got it. The headset is great and sturdy but you never know when something will happen. Having it and getting a replacement for 2 years is better than paying 100.00 if something goes wrong
