Ive cracked my screen this the second time and the geek squad has maid it simple for me each time .

Always add geek squad! This is my recommendation to anyone and everyone that asks. Peace of mind comes easy as they are quick, communicative, and informative.

I had a issue with my computer I bought and when I took it in to have Geek Squad look at it, they got it done fast and helped me get on my way.

This is a very good value, especially since Playstation was having an issue with drift on the original PS5 controllers. Mine went in for repair after only 4 months. This allows replacement at store immediately for any reason for 2 Years.

We will see how it goes for me. You buy these things hoping not to use it but nice to know it is there. I bought it because it gave an extra year of warranty over the manufactures. Personally I believe when you purchase warranties they should be after the manufacturer’s Warranty period ends. Meaning if they give you a one year plan and you buy a 2 year extended plan then coverage should be for three years. That way it would be a better deal for the cost

I knew my Elite series 2 Xbox controller would malfunction within 2 years given Microsoft's track record. I went to replace or repair the controller but it was discontinued already. Geek squad refunded the controller no hassle no problem

This will most definitely come in handy for us, great back up plan for when something breakdown

They looked at my Nintendo switch and IPad. Asides from waiting online for 1hr even though I had an appointment the staff was very nice and helpful
