Add geek squad service plans to most all purchases at Best Buy. Makes exchanges or returns very easy. Don’t make the mistake and have to deal with manufacturers return/ repair policy.

Great controller, lightweight, buttons instead of back paddles. Definitely worth the upgrade.

I always get a protection plan for my controllers. They are so expensive and this just helps put a cushion on the usual wear and a tear a controller goes through and the occasional mishaps
