I was in the store for every bit of 10 minutes. It would’ve been even quicker if there weren’t people ahead of me. I was given a brand new replacement controller with minimum questions asked. They also allow you to add warranty on the replacement item.

Geek Squad makes the replacement process smooth and fast. It’s especially great for pricey tech or gear that gets heavy use. You hope you won’t need it, but when you do—it’s a lifesaver.
