I love the geek squad protection!! How could you not!? Yeah it's a little pricey on some items because the more your item cost most likely the more that warranty will cost but to have that piece of mind and know that within a few years if your product messes up and or your kid gets ahold of it and snaps if in half then just take it in and claim your warranty and get your new product!!! Luckily I haven't had anything like that happen with the kids but my old headset was giving me issues so I claimed the warranty on it and got something else after having it for about a year and a half they where polite and the transaction to get something else was smooth as butter.

This has saved me as the Xbox controllers tend to have a short life. Was able to return and get a new one even after the Microsoft warranty expired. Very easy - love the geek squad warranty!

Purchasing a protection plan is always the best thing to do I have never had a problem getting and item fixed or replaced with the geek squad protection they have never let me down

Bought it for a real Xbox controller due to having one made from garbage by SCUF that lasted 2 months. Hopefully I don’t have to use the replacement warranty on a real Xbox controller.

Bought a pair of astro A50s those i would never reccomend to anybody at all their firmware is absolute trash and doesnt download and then you are stuck with a $450 garbage. With that being said i also purchased the 2 year geek squad warranty and am very pleased with that and the services provided with that! I will never purchase another electronic device from anywhwre else!

As long as they have your item in stock and you have the replacement plan and they follow through with their side of the agreement and replace it with no trouble then it’s amazing. Just got to watch out for the technical “fine print” then replace your item or get it fixed and make sure to get new coverage on your new item they just replaced and that coverage will keep you safe from being robbed

Geek squad always comes through on their warranties

I bought several things during Black Friday, two fridges and a ninja Combi airfryer and 2 PS4 controllers. I got protection plans for all of them. It is a comfort to know if they break down that my money isn't wasted. Also all my PS4 controllers have ended up with a sideways drift, I am looking forward to being able to take it somewhere for them to fix it when it happens again.

With the cost of items these days, this is a no brainer for certain items. For example, Game Controllers, Tablets, phones, PC components and so on. Anything that takes a lot of wear and tear in normal use.

Geek squad is the best thing Best Buy could have done they fix or replace everything. Which gives me an ease of mind knowing that if my son breaks anything I can get it replaced

This is my first time buying an item at Best Buy while buying the Geek Squad protection with it and I must say they are amazing at what they do and are able to give you a refund or they can replace your item if something goes wrong. They are a great investment if you are a clumsy person (like me). So whenever you get something from Best Buy I would definitely advise you to purchase the Geek Squad protection plan with it!

Definitely a no brainer to get their protection plan when buying tech that you use daily. Remotes, headphones, controllers, etc. Small price to pay to replace an expensive item. You don't even have to break it-worn out buttons, stick drift on your controller, just doesn't work like it did out the box, replace it and all it costs you is buying the protection plan again. Win win.

Nice peace of mind to have when buying electronics.
