This warranty is great for my PS5 controller because it always breaks somehow whether it’s drift or the trigger messes up but I always need to replace it within two years, so I always make sure to buy it for the controller. It’s very easy to use. I just take the controller to Best Buy and they let me pick out a new one.

I live the geek squad. Theyare very knowledgeable at what they si. The wait time is not long and you will get great service.

I purchased an Xbox controller on sale and purchased Geek Squad Protection. After a little over a year, with kids, it was shot. Buttons were sticking and it had moderate drift. I took it to the closest Best Buy, they had me get a new controller and swapped me out with no questions asked. It was surprisingly low stress and I will consider it in future purchases as well.

I love knowing that my devices are safe being with geek squad because if you have any sort of problems with the product they sail the seven seas cross the uncrossable mountains and tear through the heavens to make sure you get your devices fixed or in worst case scenario replace your device. Might have slitly exaggerated a bit but I can truly trust my devices in their hands.

Used it to replace my controller that ended up with stick drift and sticky button and disconnected problems but they replaced it with no worries and gave me a new 1

Best Buy has the best extended warranties available. Though as it varies in price per item, some items it seems to cost a little too much when adding the extended warranty. I bought it for my PS5 controller. I think it's great insurance for controllers as they are statisticlly bound to fail. They basically give you a second controller (Gift Card) for only $19.99. Of course you have to give back the initial, broken purchase. I get the extended warranty for all my electronic purchases. I always try to get the accidental coverage. Most times, I use the coverage more than it costs in the long run. I'm also a big believer in insurance.

Haven't had to use it yet but appreciate the cover on my product! Be safe get protected!

I'm so thankful for having the Geek Squad Replacement plan. It's saved me so much money! Gaming controllers and headsets tend to wear out so, when you buy them the plans are essential! I have personally gone through 6 Xbox controllers out of which I only paid for 3. Plus the customer service is top-notch! Best Buy and Geek Squad is my go-to for electronics!

Headset stopped working only a couple months of use. Good thing i purchased the geek squad replacement plan! Brought back to best buy and was able to get a new headset, super easy! Thank you!
