Never had to use it but I know that what they offer is great for returns when it comes to malfunctions or questions. Bought many accessories for my PC and I feel safe knowing I can always bring them in if anything goes wrong with them.

I still go to Best Buy for anything I need a no hassle warranty on. The replacement plan is something I've used many times. The policy just works. Furthermore, if the store doesn't have your item, the Best Buy representative will work with you to ensure you'll find a proper replacement - even if it's at another store location.

I think is worth the money for geek squad. You never know what can happen especially having kids

Came here for my phone to get fixed geek squad was amazing. Only took about a day to fix and the devices back in my hands.

Really recommend adding it to your electronics. Saves a potential hard time in store.

My PS5 controller was drifting so I came by and replaced it. The staff was amazing as always and I got in and out with a new controller in less than 5 minutes.

Never leave the store without one, at least on more expensive stuff. We had three free tvs due to having one. First tv broke withing a few months, got it replaced free. Bought a plan with it. That tv had an issue within a few weeks, got another free tv...etc. Saved thousands!!!
