I know some of these plans can get pricey, but they are absolutely worth it for expensive hard to replace items.

The warranty itself is great, but I shouldn't have to spend $60 every other month getting a warranty replacement on these controllers because they suck. They're incredible controllers, but for whatever reason they're notorious for having a button go out here or a stick go out there. I have my controller for less than a month and the B button is stuck. It's a $200 controller I shouldn't have to pay $60 six times a year to use it.

Hassle free experience…. I think not . I was harassed and told I didn’t purchase this item at the store I clearly bought it from I even have the digital receipt and management doesn’t want to do an echange even for a cheaper 6 dollar less controller . These colored controllers cost more than the white and black ps5 controller

I cannot express how much peace of mind I gain knowing that if anything happens to my device, I can usually have it replaced same day with a brand new one (sometimes even an upgrade!) I no longer feel the need to use a case, so I get to enjoy the design of the hardware as intended. Anything even remotely breakable and valuable? I’m getting the protection plan.

Bought a nice Samsung gaming monitor and didn’t put protection on it that day prior to becoming a My Best Buy member. Regretted it and wanted to put it on the monitor and they allowed me to put it on it retroactively. Best Buy is the best way.

Geek Squad Insurance is a must. If you have and technical problem they will solve the problem. Buy any item thats electrical and it will be insured automatically.

I got this protection plan for my PS5 controller and it gives good peace of mind. Controllers get a lot of daily use, so it’s nice having coverage for accidental damage and possible issues over time. The process was simple and easy to add during purchase. Definitely worth it if you use your controller often.

This controller surprised me with how light it is. I normally use a wired controller and even this is lighter than that. I havent had any problems with it long battery life normaly last a couple days with 3-4 hour gaming sessions. The only thing i would say is i wished that the cack buttons had a bit more space between them i foinf myself accidentally pressing the wong buton from time to time. As for the screen i like the abilities that you get like adjusting conected headphones mix and volume without having to go though any menu's. I sometimes conect my iems to this controller and make it very convenient.

Geek Squad made the whole process quick and stress-free. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and helped protect my device with no issues. Definitely glad I got the protection plan for extra peace of mind.

This is a must never buy anything without this accidental protection I have a 9-year-old son and everything I buy from Best Buy that will allow me to use accidental protection we have and we have used it numerous amounts of times. I will never make a purchase at Best Buy without using the protection.

The 2 yr warranty was a good buy. Our PS5 controller left analog stick was not working anymore and returned it for a new controller. Easy to exchange and no hassles from customer service. I was really worth it to have this protection.

Best to just spend that extra amount for protection because I have a little one that can never take care of anything. Don't tell the young one it's getting covered but this works for any device and it protects on any incident. You get an automatic replacement just by pulling up your best buy account.

I will never leave the store without geek squad protection on anything over $100. But for smaller tech items, I would also still recommend it, especially if it's cheap. more specifically controllers because of stick drift and accidental damage

I bought the “excellent” option for this. It says it comes with original box and paper eork for the excellent option. I didn’t get anything. The controller had a few scuffs obviously was not expecting brand new. No complaints on the controller it’s self just wanted the box! But thats ok anyways!
