great controller overall but get the 2 year protection, youll definitely come across stick drift within that time and you can exchange it for a new one. This is why geek squad is so good... You can choose to renew the 2 year at that time, so basically you just pay 20 bucks for a new controller. im on my 5th controller in 4 years, but aggressive on the thumbsticks.

It just as easy a swapping and exchanging if anything happens within the replacement policy it’s so convenient and everyone should always buy the warranty with anything they get electronically.

This is the best set ever. I stead of a blender and having extra the cup makes portion control so easy. No blender in the fridge to use the rest. The ninja cups make perfect size in a minute. Only have to wash the cup. It takes a minute to chop juat about anything. And put away use it everyday. Great for smoothies and chopping

Love this derive plan, my kids remotes after a year start to lose connecton or the buttons stick and this makes it easy to replace with a hassle-free.

i’m pretty sure this is a warranty. who doesn’t want there stuff protected?? especially expensive electronics. should always extend warranties on products because most manufacturers only put 1-2 year limited warranties.

I thought about it first about having to pay more for protection but then realized it was for my gaming . So I decided to pay that protection and not my girlfriend now she’s pregnant

Best headset there is! Easy for movies or playing cod or fortnite. You hear everything the got steps and if ppl are sneaking up on you. Doesn't drain battery fast either lasts a very long time

Had bought this for a set of headphones fir my son. Well almost a year in and they broke (accidentally), took to BB and they changed out no issues at all.

I found this to be invaluable!!!! My grandson complained that he was having issues with his controller. I brought it back to Best Buy and they immediately ordered another to be sent to the house. (They didn’t have a matching controller in stock). I purchased geek squad for the replacement as well.
