I work for a major ISP and when customers have questions about purchasing their own modems I ALWAYS recommend Best Buy because of the Geek Squad protection. I have never had a hassle replacing a damaged piece of electronic gear. This level of service and security is why I don't buy from Amazon and only buy from Best Buy.

Love the geek squad just wish they traveled to our area which is 120 miles from 2 different stores in 2 different directions. Very disappointed!

Fast and easy help from the Best Buy geek squad team. I didn’t take long to get a replacement for my headset, I when in and out and less than 10 minutes

Normally don’t buy extended warranties. But PS5 controllers seem to have stick drift after only 6 months if use and PlayStation customer service is the absolute worst so not taking any second chances with this purchase. Although NOT cheap getting it for the peace of mind!!!

Get insurance to have but next time try to get the theft and lose protection

GeekSquad 2 Year Warranty is a must have when buying electronics. I get this with every purchase from Best Buy and I've never had any issues returning or repairing items.

Always worth spending the money for the coverage. I have had numerous headsets that start to break after a few short months. Buy the warranty.

I add The Geek Squad protection plan everytime I buy a new headset for my son. This plan really is a grest deal. You have 2 years to use the plan to replace the item that is protected for equal or lesser value.

I always have a fresh controller because this warranty is the bomb. I just bring them back if they show any signs of starting to go bad. Haven’t paid for a controller in years. Sometimes they even pay me, because Amazon or somebody will have the controllers on sale.
