I'm glad I bought this because this time that I broke something I can't return it or it can't But oh no it's a good thing to have because when you break you you could return and get new one or get an upgrade

2 year warranty always saves you, and if you dont want the same product they will give you a bestbuy gift card for with the same value

Great to have a service plan on some purchases. Number of times I've had to return a product after the return policy date and I was able to swap out for a new product or at least get the money back on a gift card.

We always buy the buy the extended warranty on Electronics and appliances. It has proven to be a lifesaver after the regular warranty expires!

Thanks Best Buy for my Playstation 5and controller. I love them and will continue to purchase Sony products and from Best Buy.

Buy a controller, add protection plan, wait almost 2 years, go get another controller for free. Rinse and repeat

Said they’d replace my item regardless of how I broke it well they did that’s all I have to say Ps. Don’t break your new remote to test this out just makes you look dumb when walking out with a new (replacement) item
