Used this in my sons laptop for college. Unfortunately he got a laptop that had a small defect, the geeks worked with us and on the second return gave us a new one.

I’ve run into some technical issues with headsets in the past and this is a lifesaver, I can not encourage people enough to get this.

Wants me to do this again and I like Best Buy points... Worth the money every time since they just give you store credit rather than jumping you through hoops and having to send your item off for 2 months to someone.

Although this service feels like more money, it also became an investment. After purchasing your item with the service you are then able to get it replaced if it breaks or just replace altogether within two years.

I honestly recommend Geek Squad Protection on mostly everything. Specially things that will get daily use and/or could be worn and torn through regular use or suffer from any sort of power surges.
