I have used two warranties for products that broke in the two years. Best Buy always honored the warranty and replaced the items. This is a great value.

A week before the end of the protection my grandson’s headset decided to have mic malfunctions. Took them in, got a replacement pair no problem. I buy the protection plan on all gaming and electronic items
