Great! Bought with PlayStation controllers and had to replace due to wear and tear. They were replaced, no questions asked, without a receipt, but by looking up proof of purchase with my phone number!

I bought the protection plan on Nintendo Switch joycons. So far I haven't had to use the plan, but I have used the Geek Squad plan for another item years ago and they took care of me with no issues.

Never invested in geek squad protection until I was advised that controllers were covered!

This warranty Service for the Xbox Controller was a great price. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but if I do, I am sure the service will be great like in the past with other warranties I have had.

I haven't had to use it but it seems like a really good deal and last 2 years and you never know what could happen for control in 2 years
