Add geek squad service plans to most all purchases at Best Buy. Makes exchanges or returns very easy. Don’t make the mistake and have to deal with manufacturers return/ repair policy.

I bought a ps5 controller that came defected and they were cool about and gave me a new one right then and there. I went to the store to pick it up and left in less than 5 minutes
