    Haven’t had to use as of yet but I’ll add more if there is a problem. Nice thing about BestBuy is you know they will honor the item.

    Had to utilize them on my sons switch already and they replaced the controllers without a problem, however, I had to wait in line for an hour to speak with a tech and then it took almost a week for his new controllers to arrive.
