Insurance for my equipment, Best Buy is excellent.

I have used the protection plan only a few times for the PS4 and PS5 controllers I've bought, and in every instance where I needed to replace them (stick drift issues), I was given a replacement controller with no problem. However, my only minor inconvenience is that I wish it lasted a year longer since my recent controller lasted a few months after the plan expired. Overall, it's a solid purchase.

Got this for my Xbox Elite Core controller and it saved me when it got horrible stick drift. If you used to use the GameStop warranties (before they started replacing with refurbished controllers) try this one instead!

Best Buy offers the best warranties especially on smaller Electronics because they just replace them if there are any problems Within the time frame of the warranty itself so I only feel secure if I purchase warranties with products that might have problems down the line and always make sure to do so if they are pricey meaning more than $100 so I avoid having to pay full price to replace the item myself and only have to repurchase the warranty if I have problems so that's why I buy all of my electronics through Best Buy when possible as their warranties are unrivaled in my honest opinion.
