    Honestly this does help at times and other times it don’t. I had called before to have help with my tv and told them I rather have it replaced due to the color always going in and out. Tried everything they say and the tv stilll goes in and out of color and so they say hey we can’t do nothing unless tv goes fully out of color or doesn’t tune on. So meaning the extra spent funds for security was a waste. I still have tv now and I have to constantly turn it on and off 3 times for it to be perfect again.

    I would never buy an Elite controller without picking up the 2 year Geek Squad Replacement plan, I haven't a controller yet that hasn't started to show major wear n tear or worse yet a complete failure of mechanical operations in the Bumpers moreso over the triggers but mainly the RB (Right Bumper) and its the most frustrating thing in the world when your trying to fire a rocket and the button your pressing doesn't respond accordingly, even after 3 attempts so I pack all the controller parts up an take it back to BestBuy and they take care of me, no issues.

    Love this service! No hassle on services and quick with help and need. Highly recommend for any equipment or service they can cover but do stay away from geek squad help desk. They never took anything I tried to get service on.

    The insurance policy through Best Buy is the best policy out of all the major retailers. It’s essentially a no questions asked replacement of any defective device. I purchased an Xbox elite controller, after a while of heavy usage the controller had started to develop stick drift. I brought the controller and insurance information and was essentially told to get the replacement off the shelf. I ended up purchasing the policy on the replacement controller in case it also gets stick drift. I am very pleased with the policy and highly recommend people purchasing it with their electronics

    I don't know what I would do without my Geek Squad Service. Having a qualified Geek Squad members assisting me with my electronics ensure I am getting expert work done. it's great knowing that all my Best Buy purchased products are covered for most problems that may arise.

    I’ve had help from geek squad many times. They’re always very helpful, polite, and efficient. I’ve gotten my laptop, cameras, phones, etc fixed with them and always leave satisfied with their services

    Despite taking longer than expected, Geek Squad held to their satisfaction commitment. They were unable to repair my laptop and made sure my replacement was to my satisfaction.

    Replacement Plan (It’s A Win, Win!!!)

    If you ever had thoughts about getting the 2 year replacement plan on all product $75-$99, and decided not to, let me ask you this, Do you still have that product? Has it been less than 2 yrs? Are you noticing any performance loss, or weird bugs? If so did you get the 2 yr replacement plan? If you said, No, I’m sorry if you like that product you bought, and needing to get another one you will have to pay full price again. If you were smart and purchased the 2 yr replacement, no matter the situation with your high dollar product, you can take it back before the 2 yr replacement date expires and receive a replacement for no cost to you, or for a small onetime payment as your replacing your product for free, get another 2 yr replacement plan and continue the great service Beat Buy offers to all there customers, it’s a Win, Win.

    This service actually really helps out if something goes wrong with your products. For example, PS5 controller having stick drift it’ll cost you a smaller amount of money to replace and buy new warranty then buy a whole new control.
