Always a good idea to purchase one of these just in case something happens

Haven't had to use yet, but I've heard good things

Not much to say about this. It’s a warranty and I haven’t used it yet. Hopefully if I have to I won’t have any trouble.

the accidental replacement is always a plus plus for bestbuy puchases

I bought the protection just in case and I like knowing if something happens that it is covered.

Its worth adding the extra protection since most items are not as good quality and break with normal wear and tear.

I haven't used the geek squad yet hopefully and i am assured that if my controller breaks i will be able to fix it

I honestly don’t even know what I got this coverage for, but it must of been for something important

Stopped working after a few uses in a few months and my son is just telling me this very moment when I tell him to put them on so my grands can go to sleep. They also sit on the TV stand behind the TV so they aren’t even in the way of anything. I hurried and checked to make sure there’s protection on them so thankfully there is so I’ll return them
