In the beginning, I was completely impressed with the headset. The sound quality was AMAZING and then 1 month into using it, the unmute/mute function starting making this horrible static noise. I tried to ignore it but then other people starting complaining about hearing it when I couldn’t hear it so I knew then that I had a problem. I did attempt to make a warranty claim on it through the manufacturer but I had to pay $25 just to ship it back when I only had it 1 month, which was ridiculous. Luckily, I purchased the geek squad warranty from Best Buy so I was able to get refund the amount on a gift card. DO BETTER TURTLE BEACH

Purchased for my Nintendo Switch Controllers and I hope that I will never have to use it.

i usually always get the 2 yr geek squads for things like gaming accessories and for bigger items like appliances i get the full 4 or 5 yr plans. worth it in the long run for these types of items as manufacturers last long enough for you to be able to use geek squad and replace it with no additional cost.
