This is an easy decision. If you make an expensive purchase, get the protection. I’ve done it for years and four years down the road when that expensive TV starts to flicker and give you problems, they just (most of the time) replace it. I had issues with Best Buy in the Past but never with the Geek Squad protection.

One of the best value items I routinely purchase especially when buying items made in China!!! Every single China made technological item I have purchased the past 3 years has failed to last more than 12 months.

I had an issue with my laptop for work and wouldn't be able to leave it at the store. The tech came to my house figured out the problem with two different items and the problem was resolved in an hour or so.

Best warranty in the market you’re really just paying 20 dollars for a new controller instead of spending for price if it breaks

Geek Squad service is the best there is, hands down. Anytime I ever have an issue or need an exchange the Geek Squad staff are always quick to take care of me.

Great warranty they are always helpful with you election with fixing solutions and replacing!

Not too expensive for being able to replace something that may last iust over a year.

The guys at the Morse road location are great. They help out 3 different times with the same repair because Microsoft is cheeks with doing their repairs properly.
