always get the protection plan from best buy it has saved me a couple times

Haven't had to use it yet this product but I have used geek squad in the past and I am confident that they will do an excellent job if the need of their services arise in the future

Bought for my son's 3rd XBox "Elite" controller. The other two stopped working making the $60 protection plan not only necessary but also basically part of the "cost" of the controller. Hopefully, the 3rd time's the charm!?! When an item is still under warranty, you shouldn't have to buy a new protection plan when the item is replaced.

We bought 2 of these 2-year accident replacements for the controllers we bought for our grandkids. We haven’t had to use them, but feel good there are there when and if they need them.

Good warranty never have a problem on a claim they always help you

I personally haven't NEEDED to use their service yet but im glad that there is an option to certify for such thing and for such a small price as well. The safety and health of any device in insured.

Purchased this glacier white controller for our grandson. He loves it and still using it to this day

I have used the Geek Squad many time for Turtle Beach headsets. Cheaper than buying another headset!!

Great insurance plan. Have had yet to use for the most recent products however, when used in the past very easy.

Definitely needed this for my PS5 Controller bc I had to buy a new one bc of the stick drift no bueno

Geek squat is the best. The fact that they have a division that guarantees this service baffles me.

Always there when I need to replace an item I always buy

I have owned 3 sets of these over the years and biggest issue is the weak plastic around the earpiece area; breaks after a lot of use, set down too hard or drops less than a foot on carpet. Warranty is worth it. Sound is superior.!

The service I had was great and speedy the interaction was great and made me feel comfortable.

Money well spent just keeping it short and yeah always get warranty on any item over 100 dollars

Usually costs a bit more then I would like, but can be very useful if you have problems. I tend too buy this on delicate items or not new in box items. Was very helpful on fridge I got that had issues. They took care of me nicely

I've not used the service yet, but it's comforting to know they have my back in case it breaks.
