    Had a controller fail due to stick drift and they replaced it no problem. I bought the insurance again because future stick drift is inevitable.

    Yoy cant go wrong. Sometimes you just need a little love. Replacement cost isn't worth the risk on most items especially if your need is amediate

    Omg yesss. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I absolutely love this. My sons gaming headset wire got smashed buy the car door. I took the headset in grabbed one off the shelf. And they replaced it without any hassle. I knew right away to get another protection plan.
