I always purchase the warranty on any gaming equipment that I buy. If in 2 years something goes wrong I just head back up there and get a replacement plus another warranty.

This product has great coverage and would recommend gettingit for anything you can. Especially if it might break

It’s worth it! I never thought I would sign up for this but was tired of switching out to new game controllers every 6 mths or less than a year. so I ended up using this warranty at about 6 mths when the game controller broke down again. And got new one as a replacement

Nothing better than walking in and getting a replacement no deductible just awesome keep it up your warranty and exchange policy is without a doubt the best

Great quality. Very happy with this product. Audio y great and I can use it with any device from my Xbox series x to my iPhone, computer, and tablet.

The warranty program at Best Buy is Excellent. It is very reasonably priced using my Tech membership. We recently had to use a warranty and there was not problem at al get an item replaced. The Best Buy employee was very helpful and made the replacement process very easy.

I havent had to use the warranty but I'm sure if I have to ill be happy with it because geek squad is actually in the best buys so you can take it to a Best Buy to get it fixed or replaced

Very quick in resolving my issue with my vacuum. Got credit back since my vacuum was not in condition to be fixed. Love the good customer service from geek squad.

Love this service! I normally opt out of warranty’s but I used them once and haven’t stoped using them sense . Quick easy and true to there word . Well worth the money spent . And it’s all kept track for you in your account . Win win .

This service is crucial to have as the Geek Squad has been an integral part of me moving and setting up the tech in my new house. When you want it done right with people who not only provide quality but they are thorough and answered all my questions.

The best support ever. I recommend purchasing the geek squad replacement as well because you never know what happens.

Really good might use it soon to be fair cuz dog or something had happen to cord of a headset product but that's ok it still works and the coverage is always replaceable.
