I bought the protection plan on Nintendo Switch joycons. So far I haven't had to use the plan, but I have used the Geek Squad plan for another item years ago and they took care of me with no issues.

Never had any problem replacing something under warranty very helpful and the team advices you if it benefits you.

Very good service protection plan would recommend when ya spend more then $100

I like geek squad services except having to wait until the second year to get help from the store i think if a person buys a warranty on a product from best buy it should start when at first with the two years from geek squad and not the first year with the manufacturer

Item came fully functional with no joystick or button issues. Was missing the box but for the savings and quality it was worth the purchase so far.
