The geek squad agent was beyond helpful and help me get my issues resolved

This is a must have if you have children like mine who go through Xbox controllers every year or year and a half because they’re on them all the time mashing buttons

Bought a new PS4 controller. I would definitely recommend buying the warranty as well because the controllers tend to give issues after a few years.

The plan is really worth the cost. They are pretty good about any issues that come up with the product and the customer service is really good.
