2 year warranty through geek squad. Would recommend to others.

Got my brother a Xbox controller & it started having issues, we brought it in , they helped us & we were out if there within 15 minutes

I think I got this for my Xbox controller so when the stick drift hits I'm turning it in

[Employee of bestbuy] GSP is always one of the BEST things you can purchase as it has replaced many of my purchased items.

These are really handy to have for things that only have a short warranty. I've returned monitors with dead pixels before and avoided having to but a new monitor as the warranty was up. I figured that i go through Xbox controllers so i should buy the replacement plan as they often die not long after the warranty ends. This time mine died within the normal return period and i was actually able to get a new replacement plan free of charge as well. If this plan saves me again it will be more than worth the money.

Works as descibed love that it has lit keys and mouse speed is adjustable.

Favorite protection plan available would recommend 10/10 times
