I get this for my Xbox elite controllers which never used to last more than a year before needing to be replaced. My current controller is still going strong after 13 months so I’ll keep it until I get closer to the 24 month limit (or it’s starts to wear out)

Don't pass this up. Xbox controller was 6 months old (probably still under original warranty) and I started to have problems with the thumb sticks. Walked into Best Buy with my receipt and instantly had a return refund! No hassles at all and I highly recommend!!

These warranties have saved me more times than I can count.

With the cost of items these days, this is a no brainer for certain items. For example, Game Controllers, Tablets, phones, PC components and so on. Anything that takes a lot of wear and tear in normal use.

I always recommend to everyone as the employees do themselves to customers to purchase this plan for all your products because you may never know if there’s a faulty unit you purchased of a particular item that Best Buy will make sure to correct the problem for you with the best customer service I’ve experienced with all my electronics products purchased. They can fix almost anything at a great price. My controller was broken and they replaced it easily and fast

The agents were wonderful. Completely respectful of my home. I accually left them inside the house so i could finish working on my brothers truck. They come got me when they were done and explained everything to me to the tee. I think the house was clean then it was when they got there. Thanks guys,thanks best buy

I had no problem getting my son’s controller replaced. I went to the store and they pulled up my geek squad protection purchase with no problem and they gave me a gift card to get my son’s controller replaced online because they were sold out of PS4 controllers in the store. I liked the fact that I was able to get it replaced online and not just in the store because it could have been a long time before I was able to replace it while in some stores they don’t have the online option.

I purchased this Geek Squad replacement warranty because of the experience I have had with a few gaming accessories I use always. I have had to replace my Microsoft Elite controller several times. At $179.00 that can be quite pricey. With the Replacement Warranty it makes it so easy to just get a new one without any hassle! I would definitely recommend this purchase!

Geek squad in one of the best for gaming. There controller feels rlly help my aim and game play so I definitely recommend these idea and I also love there things they make
