I am very satisfied for this service. It’s very useful for everyone in my family. Cover many devices and save a lot of money. I recommend .

The programmable buttons on the back are useful for FPS games like Fortnite and Call Of Duty. The downsides of the controller is that it often disconnect on its own and the programmable buttons are too tricky to work around with. This controller is good if you’re on a budget.

Geek quad service is awesome. I used it often with no hassle.

The geek squad protection is great. They’re always there to answer questions.

Worked good for like a month. I like the feel and the looks. A month of use after (I don’t play every day) it started disconnecting every now and then. Now it doesn’t even connect for a full minute. Returning.

Stopped working after a few uses in a few months and my son is just telling me this very moment when I tell him to put them on so my grands can go to sleep. They also sit on the TV stand behind the TV so they aren’t even in the way of anything. I hurried and checked to make sure there’s protection on them so thankfully there is so I’ll return them

I bought this service just in case something happened to my headset. Hopefully, not will happen to it. I haven’t used the headset yet.

the protection is great. i had a controller break after 9 months and they sent me a new one BUT now i have to pay to get geek squad again. the warranty ends if you use it. it should be for the full 2 years.

Was able to get a replacement for a faulty controller

Got just in case. Xbox Controller's don't usually last long.

This does not have to do with the geek squad in particular but i bought a controller with the protection plan and when i tried to use the protecection plan and was told theres nothing they can do about it. So i wasted a good amount of money on the payment plan.

Great remote had no issue the protection plan is also well worth it

i dont think i actually used this.. im concerned that they used my 2 year accidental when i purchased a controller but there wasnt a controller in the box.

It’s worth it to me because it replaces the whole thing
