They could gave better services then what they do especially Westbank

I was Sold a faulty product and it had to be replaced in less than 90 days. They said that consumed my warranty and now I will have none. Extended warranty is a way to rip people off! PS4 gives a 90 day warranty on the product to begin with so that warranty covered my product not the extended warranty I paid for separately and I am now screwed out of. Stop selling your false coverage and stealing peoples money for nothing in return

I don't like that we have to pay every time we change the products because they no longer work

Kinda expensive but worth it if this $200 controller decided to give out on me

Item was defective broken less than a year went to return it. I guess when I bought the item it was on sale so I couldn’t even swap it out for the same item that I had purchased almost 50 bucks more expensive than I bought it for. Zero out of 10 will probably never buy insurance through best buy again.

Always good to get a warranty on any product, however I’m not a fan of total tech support

Haven’t had to exercise the protection plan yet hope to not have to but good plan.

They took a long time to get to me but my issue was resolved

I bought several of these over the years for items I've gotten but never really had to use them. This time with some issues I had on a PS5 controller I wanted to see what it actually covered. To my delight the controller would be replaced if I could take it down to the store which wasn't an issue for me. After taking the broken controller in talking with the rap and getting the new controller he informed me that the protection plan was on the old controller and does not carry over to the new controller. Meaning every time you get a replacement you have to buy a new protection plan which is just a discount plan of buying the item.

Low key it’s kinda expensive every time I have to bring my controller back I have to pay another 25 dollars for a controller it’s ridiculous if I already bought a two year

58 day old controller and was forced to use my warranty replacement on it. Not really happy with the service received, the manufacture would have just repaired it but your warranty forced me to replace it. I would have to purchase another warranty on a product that’s less then 2 months old. I feel like I got ripped off with the warranty and it should have a better procedure then this on a new unit. I I will not be purchasing a warranty on anymore products from bestbuy. After this experience I’ll probably not be purchasing anymore products.
