I bought this for the color to switch colors . The controller feels good on the hands.

Any time that I have had an issue (and there hasn't been to many tbh) they have come through with flying colors. My items have been promptly fixed or replaced. Will always ad the warranty to my Best Buy purchases!

Overall I like the product but the mouse feels a little too small for my hand.

If you're buying Joycons, like I did in this instance, they promise to replace it if they begin to drift. My first pair of Joycons started to drift a little under 2 years in to owning them, so if that happens to my new ones, then this should, in theory, replace them. Who knows if the guy was lying to me or not if this situation does end up happening to me but I will take his word on this.
