It's nice to know that Geek Squad has your back. But truth be told? I hope i never have to use it!

The warranty program at Best Buy is Excellent. It is very reasonably priced using my Tech membership. We recently had to use a warranty and there was not problem at al get an item replaced. The Best Buy employee was very helpful and made the replacement process very easy.

This is going to be my 2nd time getting the Elite 2 controller and is one of my favoite ones! I am happy to get another 1, as my one before lasted 2 to 3 years!

Love best buys warranties! have always used them for controllers cause i do play a lot of video games and after a while the analog stick seem to start drifting.

They were very very helpful when my ps4 headset started not connecting to my console. They helped me leave out of there happy and content.

Geek Squad usually makes things quick & painless for me when I have a warranty, so it’s always handy to have one on a product.

I recommend getting the warranty I’ve replaced my controller 3 times and yes every time you replace something you have to purchase the warranty again but it still better than paying full price.

I use the 2 year coverage for my sons expensive Xbox controller. He gets the one that is well over $100, and he’s broke it twice playing Fortnight. Never had an issue using the warranty. I just swap it out and pay for a new warranty.

Geek Squad is the best. I strongly recommend everyone get it on purchases that need it. If anything goes wrong, just take it to the store and swap it out for a new one

My razer headset went out after a year thanks to the two year warrenty I was able to get a new headset with no issue.

What can I say....if it breaks during my protection period, geek squad will fix or replace it. Always get this service for big purchases.

Controller started drifting. I returned it to them. They gave me a new controller. No questions asked. Easy process. The best insurance out there for this type of service.

Bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 with this “extra “ protection. Hopefully I will not need to use it. But it’s there just in case.

The Geek Squad Replacement service is something worth having. I haven’t had to use it, but it’s better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Just a great piece of mind not having to worry about my purchases.
