Can really be worth the value is anything goes wrong. We have had several products that we were so glad that we had bought this warranty for. And the ease of exchange/refund if needed can’t be beat.

The controller broke in 4 months and I didnt wan't another that would do the same thing, so they gave me in store credit.

Had to use this 1 time... Called in, explained the problem, was told to go pick up a new product... SUPER easy!!! Was even offered to buy another plan on the new product, which gave me another 2 years with no worries... AMAZING!!!

My son is always breaking his headset service contract is very necessary

I get this warranty on all my controllers... if they do working and they usually do before the warranty expires just bring it back.. easy exchange

We love Best Buys Geek Squad protection. It is the only protection plan that we ever buy after being screwed over on many others. Any time we make big electronic purchases we make sure to do so at Best Buy because the protection is hassle free.

Would not purchase something electronic without have a Geek Squad protection plan. Most electronics break and with Geek Squad protection, I know I can get a new one or the electronic device repaired.

Always good to get the warranty on your products you never know what mistakes the manufacturer can make

We will see how it goes for me. You buy these things hoping not to use it but nice to know it is there. I bought it because it gave an extra year of warranty over the manufactures. Personally I believe when you purchase warranties they should be after the manufacturer’s Warranty period ends. Meaning if they give you a one year plan and you buy a 2 year extended plan then coverage should be for three years. That way it would be a better deal for the cost

This is a very good value, especially since Playstation was having an issue with drift on the original PS5 controllers. Mine went in for repair after only 4 months. This allows replacement at store immediately for any reason for 2 Years.

Glad that this is offered anything can happen and I would be out of pocket lots of money.

I have used the Geek Squad many time for Turtle Beach headsets. Cheaper than buying another headset!!

The protection plan are great to have. Its also easy to get stuff replaced ot fixed with it.

I knew my Elite series 2 Xbox controller would malfunction within 2 years given Microsoft's track record. I went to replace or repair the controller but it was discontinued already. Geek squad refunded the controller no hassle no problem
