Purchased coverage for 2 PS5 controllers because they have issues over time. I was told I would just have to return them if they go bad and receive a replacement

I have owned 3 sets of these over the years and biggest issue is the weak plastic around the earpiece area; breaks after a lot of use, set down too hard or drops less than a foot on carpet. Warranty is worth it. Sound is superior.!
