It’s a warranty you might need. Maybe not but better safe than sorry for those big expensive purchases. Always hassle free when I do have to exchange a defective product.

I don’t usually buy this but i go through Xbox controllers frequently and this will more than pay for itself when my new controller fails. I have to buy a new one at least every six months.

Every time I have to use geek squad for my repairs or returns, they are always so helpful and friendly!

Hopefully I don't end up needing it, but it offers peace of mind with my purchase.

This controller is worth the buy also is pretty cool When it glows in the dark

great controller, have to replace due to left stick center drift issue after almost 2 years. thankfully best buy has a warranty you can buy for that.

Amazing! Definitely should get this. Was able to get a new controller when it started to drift.

Speedy exchange with the protection plan. I will always get one for my controller.

I never get anything without a protection plan it is a must have for electronics.
