When I first heard about this game back in 2016, I bought a PS4. At the time, I heard it was going to be out by the end of the year. Fast forward 3 1/2 years, it finally comes out. Starts up stunningly, the old FF VII vibe and feel is present, the battle system, well, I just don't understand why they felt they had to change the whole style. I gave it a chance, thoroughly disappointed, what a huge letdown. Severely distraught (not really, but you get the idea). I will probably never play the game again, and since I only bought a PS4 (since sold the original one i bought and bought a PS4 Pro) for this garbage, I will probably sell that too. OK then, back to PC gaming and Smash Bros. on Switch it is.

Its an alright game. It wasn't worth 50 dollars...

Dont order from Best buy because they don't ship on day one. I received the game 5 days after release and the disc was loose in the package. Do store pick up only. I hate best but.

So I just made an order that’s was told to me that it would be here on the 18th. I made the order on the 16th I’m not getting my package until the 24th which is Thursday and it sucks because i had the option to have it sent to the store and it would have been here on the 21 instead how is my package in Texas when I live in pa and it was coming from New York

Best Buy truly sucks game came opened and I paid brand new price they slice everything with razors this place hopefully goes out of business soon. I go to return there’s another one same issue half open they want you to pay full price for a game that’s sliced open.

This is the second time I pre-ordered a game so I can get the steelbook and I didn't get sent one. Why aren't I getting my steelbooks? Are steelbooks pick up only or something? I live an hour away from the nearset Bestbuy so It's too far to drive to pick up. I will no longer be ordering anything unless I get my Dragons Dogma steebook case. For the record, I've used geeksquad. Idk why it insists that I answer a yes or no question about them when I've used them. So, I'm saying no.

I never got the game still saying its coming delay it got lost in transit horrible

Awful shipping, game arrived with both the game case and special edition steel case smashed luckily the disc was fine definitely disappointing.

Best Buy claims the item would arrive today, but it has yet to be picked up by the carrier. I've been waiting to speak to an agent that does not appear to be there. This is the worst customer experience and I will be notifying my bank to cancel the charge. I WOULD RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS AS IT APPEARS BEST BUY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY PROMISED

Game was delivered and meant for my daughter’s birthday present. Opened it and no game was in the case. Can’t get in contact with customer service. What an absolute fraud this is.

I’ve waited, and pre-order horizon forbidden west, like 4-6 months ago, and it came out today Friday 2/18 and I have to wait till Monday to get it, why did I pre-order the game for, I thought pre-order means you get it on release date , always has in the past, I am order the game today on PlayStation store and returning your copy when it’s finally delivered 3 days to late thank you for nothing Best Buy.

The game gets 5 starts but best buy gets 1. The game came with no preorder bonuses and best buy was little to no help

Dont waste your money buying geek squad protection plan they dont will avoid fixing your items at all cost, i bought a 75 inch tv a year ago, and theres lines all over the screen, and call them, and sent them pictures and they blaming me that i drop it and damage it, they say they will not cover it, and will be a wate of time bring it to the store, Will never buy from best buy again.

Best Buy sucks, garbage company, and everything about them sucks. Don't waste your money at this store.

Well I wasted my money was looking forward to playing this game on launch day and that whole weekend and best buy couldn't handle the pre order i guess I'll go buy dying light 2 and waste more money

No Steelbook! So I preordered months ago because of the steelbook. Lord and behold it was delivered without it and 2 days after the release date. Will be returning.

I bought this game. never opened it till months later, it does not load or play on my PS4. I have tried for months and nothing. I dont always have time to play games so i buy them when they are on sale. this was a total waste. CHECK YOUR GAMES AFTER YOU BUY IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE SURE THEY WORK

This game is awful. Really basic game mechanics with overall worse playability. The game continously glitches on screen and freezes up. You have to restart it on a constant basis. The DLC was poor. They could have done so much more to male this game great with minor changes

This is not on the game but on BestBuy. Do not pre order from them unless you want to wait 3-5 more days to get your game post launch.
