Terrible misleading shipping!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Anytime my product has stopped working the most they have ever told me is to call a number and speak to someone else. After much heartache I started just going directly to Verizon for any of my cell phone issues. Other than that I love Best buy! I haven't had to use it for any other electronics besides the phone so I have no opinion on any of that.

POOR SERVICE

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cars 3 has gone backwards less choices and races, uses only the hand held controller. Unlike Cars 2 which has massive amount of races, cars and allows for a driving wheel. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
