This is a great province good material well built.

Game disc get scratched so easy, so the protection plan is great. When it does get scratched I can just take it back and get a new one. I get Best Buy protection plan on everything I buy from them.

The pokeball was damaged on my pokemon let's go eevee bundle but thanks to the geek squad protection I was able to get it swapped out for a working model :D

Bough extra warranty but didn’t have to used it . Not sure I would buy another warranty again but a least I had that peace of mind in case something did happen. Warranty are good on appliances, appliances are not made like the ones I had when I was a kid .

Game was the only thing that needed to be traded in. I understand that skus are different for the game vs the hardware, but I do not believe that the hardware has any matching identification to the game. needed to replace the game, would have rather just given the game back and pulled the new one out of the same sku. either way, it all got handled.

Everything has been good so far not much to complain about!

Things happen with cd’s and having the product replacement for such a great price you’d be crazy to pass it up

I always get the warranty when ever I can, I didn't a few times and I regretted it, the extended warranty from Best Buy is sold Gold to me.

well up to now we have not had to use this replacement plan. We have not had any issues with or BB TV we purchased.

The nintendo game will get a lot of usage. This gives me peace of mind that if something goes wrong, it will be covered
