Geek Squad is always available when you need them and the 2 year replacement was worth it. I was also told that if I sell my car to return and they would uninstall the stereo at no cost. I was worried that I would lose the money that i sank into my stereo upgrade if I decided to trade cars any time soon.

[Employee of bestbuy] Very quick and easy. Geek squad took care of my item and gave the items I could take in replacing or purchasing again.

I haven't had to them yet and I hope I don't. But I'm sure they will be there and if needed.

My 7yr old grandson was able to put together and connect to Internet all within 10-15 minutes. He played game and enjoyed it. Problem with salesperson who came to assist us. She told us the reason it was so expensive was it came with 4 controllers and instead of a game it came with star wars dvd movie.well I bought Star Wars game to go with it. Open box there was 1 controller and game was included. Now have 2 games which I will return. Make sure you get assistance from someone who knows product, it’ll save you time and money.

It was a great thing getting the protection. Don't know where I would be without it.

I always purchase a protection plan as you never know when you will need it. I have have never experienced any issues with using my plan when needed.

When i had issues with my computer it was a quick turn around. Best of all my pictures where saved.

Well worth it. Bought an expensive item that stopped working a few days after the manufacturers warranty ended. The item couldn't be replaced. After returning item (after a couple weeks) I was informed the item couldn’t be repaired. Credit was given.

I've had Geek Squad fix my computer and tablet that I got from Best buy and they are really good at what they do. My stuff got fixed once and I've had my tablet and computer of 10yrs and I haven't had any issues since. Why
