This is good for big ticket items like tvs and other stuff but some things its just throwing money away

Great if you don't want to pay full price for replacemen

We actually buy many things at Best Buy specifically for these 2 year replacement plans. We don't always need them, but when we do, the process is quick, easy, and fair. On occasion the price will seem high compared to the item, but usually it's a great value for the peace of mind. In this case, our 10 year old actually bought it, because he saw it come in handy for our walkie talkies, and wanted to protect the expensive headphones he was buying.

I brought an AirPods Pro from BestBuy. And a few weeks after buying it I was having issues. When I brought it to them, they made sure I was in and out as soon as possible by giving me another on the spot.

Geek Squad has always been so helpful whenever i've had issues with my electronics, games and software so adding the 2 Year Geek Squad Replacement Plan to all of my recently purchased Video Games for was a must and great and gives me piece of mind in case for some reason an issue was to arise with any of them.

When buying valuable electronics I would not think twice when offered Geek Squad's protection plans. I paid as little as $20 extra on top of my $200 game console purchase because the warranty offers replacement for accidental spills, manufactured defects and even wear and tear. It's a great policy that offers me peace-of-mind.

Game itself is fun. What Best Buy sent me is unacceptable. Case and artwork damaged, and plastic ripped off the case.
