Never had an issue with geek squad, they have always replaced or refund original price whenever not able to repair it I think is the best warranty service available

I've used the protection plan for many things before. Best protection plan ever. Most plans normally just cover non accidental hardware malfunctions. This one covered accidental, if you crack a screen, drop in water, break a button they will fix it. I got it for my Nintendo switch and for $8 for 2 years I couldn't pass it up. Any mobile/handheld device should have protection
