Geek Squad has always been so helpful whenever i've had issues with my electronics, games and software so adding the 2 Year Geek Squad Replacement Plan to all of my recently purchased Video Games for was a must and great and gives me piece of mind in case for some reason an issue was to arise with any of them.

All it states is that I purchased a non doscrpit item two months ago

Squad diagnosed the switch issue and referred me to the nintendo repair site. They swapped out the joy cons and sent replacements in about 2 weeks for no charge
